What's the biggest challenge you’ve faced as a founder of a beauty brand?  In a world of ever-shifting regulations, there's no one-size-fits-all global standard. Different regions have different criteria, leading to diverse safety assessors, labeling mandates, and more. As a small brand, our commitment to total adherence and compliance remains unwavering, but it entails substantial resource allocation.

If you had to start all over again, what would you do differently?  There's nothing I regret. Every experience has contributed to my growth. From the most challenging moments, I've emerged stronger, with a refined intuition for people and decision-making. It's a journey marked by patience, perseverance, and an abundance of both.

Who inspires you the most? I might sound cheesy, but it's my husband! He's the epitome of cool and methodical, the brakes to my accelerator. He's not just my mentor or guru; he's the one who unwaveringly believes in my decisions. His contrasting nature to mine is what inspires me the most, and his incredible kindness tops it all off as the most inspiring trait of all.
