My husband pinched my gold drowsy night mask. So I bought him his own. He used to wake a lot during the night, never tried my mask. How total is the oblivion this mask/blindfold provides... Not only does it occlude light, but sound is muffled too. Even better, on nights where I'm not at work the next day, I pop my silicone earplugs in & the mask keeps those firmly in place. My cat miaows for no good reason but I'm not disturbed half as much. It's easypeasy to take it off & flip it round to the outer, cool side if it gets too warm but the silk doesn't seem to. I'm so glad I got it & one for a friend too.
