Our Commitment to Accessibility

At Drowsy Sleep Co, we believe in creating an inclusive digital environment that is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. In accordance with Spanish Law 11/2023, which implements the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), we inform our users that Drowsy S.L. is currently exempt from the mandatory accessibility requirements for digital services, as defined by the legislation. This exemption applies due to our status as a microenterprise — defined as having fewer than 10 employees and an annual turnover of less than 2 million euros. Despite this exemption, we are committed to progressively improving the accessibility of our website and services, following international best practices such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
