Drowsy Shipping Policy

We aim to ship your order within 24–48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, there may be a slight delay of up to two additional business days as we work diligently to fulfill your order.

You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please Note: During busy periods such as sales events, public holidays, or the day after a public holiday, same-day dispatch may not always be possible as our team takes extra care to prepare your Drowsy order to perfection.

Christmas Shipping Policy

For the 2025 holiday season, items purchased between November 01 and November 30, 2025 can be returned until January 31, 2026. Outside of this period the 60 days return policy applies.
