2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to residents of European Union member states aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Drowsy S.L and any associated agencies are not eligible. Void where prohibited by applicable national law. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted to enter prize draws of this nature in their country of residence.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

Start date: 9 June 2025. Entry deadline: Entries close at 23:59 (CET) on 30 June 2025 ("Closing Date"). Entries received after this time will not be valid.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Raffle, participants must complete both of the following steps: (1) Join the Drowsy VIP early access list before the Hotel Paradiso collection launch on 9 June 2025; AND (2) Place at least one paid order from the Hotel Paradiso collection between 9 June 2025 and 30 June 2025 inclusive. Each eligible participant receives one (1) entry regardless of the number of orders placed. Alternative free entry method: In accordance with applicable EU consumer law, participants may enter without making a purchase by sending their full name, email address, and country of residence to

with the subject line "Hotel Paradiso Raffle Free Entry" before the Closing Date. One free entry per person. Free entry provides an equal chance of winning.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive one overnight stay ("Prize") at a hotel selected solely by Drowsy, located near the winner's primary place of residence within the European Union. Approximate retail value: €150–€500. Hotel selection is at the sole and absolute discretion of Drowsy S.L. The Prize is valid for 6 months from the date of winner notification. Certain dates may be unavailable at the hotel's discretion. The Prize covers one room for one night only and does not include travel, meals, drinks, or incidentals. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Drowsy S.L reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries after the Closing Date. The draw will take place on or around 1 July 2025. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours. The winner must respond and confirm acceptance within 7 days; failure to do so may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternative winner. Separate explicit consent will be requested before the winner's name or details are announced publicly, in accordance with GDPR requirements.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable EU and national law, Drowsy S.L accepts no liability for entries lost, delayed, or not received, or for technical failures affecting entry or notification. Total liability shall not exceed the value of the Prize. Nothing in these T&Cs affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law, including rights under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Drowsy S.L reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this Raffle due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Drowsy S.L reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these T&Cs or acts fraudulently. This Raffle is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform. Nothing in these T&Cs limits or excludes your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Spain. Nothing in these T&Cs affects your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence within the European Union, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.
